A Letter from our Director
Welcome to Gotta Dance!
Whether this is your child’s first dance class or your family has spent years as a part of the Gotta Dance Family, we are excited to share our love of dance with your child this season.
As we embark on our 30th year of dance education in East Orlando, we have a renewed focus on the future of educating children in dance. Pairing our extensive experience in dance education with the changing times of dance and society, we have updated our program to pair wonderfully with our community. We continue to instill positive self-confidence and cultivate social skills in every dancer in a fun, age-appropriate environment. We can't wait to see the success of our students this year!
Our curriculum has always been age appropriate and incorporates imagination and creativity through the use of props, equipment and fun sing-a-long songs for our youngest dancers! As students progress through our program, new skills are introduced when developmentally appropriate.
Our classes will enter and exit from within the lobby and all regular lobby protocol will be in place. This includes but is not limited to no videography or photography of your dancer in class for the safety of your children and our staff and to preserve the integrity of our curriculum. We also ask that you use the time before class to make any last minute bathroom breaks BEFORE class begins. We want to keep your child’s full attention for the duration of their class.
We hope you and your dancer thoroughly enjoy class at Gotta Dance! We strive to begin our season by having our dance families gain an understanding of our program, dance philosophy and feel for our dance family. We hope your experience builds a lasting relationship with our Gotta Dance Family.
